Chanel: 3 Girls 3 Bags

After capturing Gisele Bundchen for a sequence of black and white images, Karl Lagerfeld sticks to a similar theme for Chanel’s new Spring 2015 handbag campaign: 3 Girls 3 Bags.

This showcases the much-talked-about Chanel 11.12 herringbone handbag. Trying not to steal the limelight from the featured 11.12, is the returning Chanel muse, Kirsten Stewart. She not only looks stunning in her long shaggy haircut, but her classy working woman look has made quite some news. Talking about news, Venessa Paradis might have made her ex, Johnny Depp, repent for losing her as she strips down to a Chanel pearl necklace and the new ‘Girl’ cross-body bag inspired by the brand’s emblematic jacket. On the other hand, Brit model, Alice Della, presents the new version of the classic Chanel ‘Boy’ bag with patchwork, button and braided trim detailing on denim.

To be honest, the ‘Girl’ bag does not look very girly and I feel the ‘Boy’ bag looks far better in its classic look than the patchwork styling. My personal favourite is the 11.12 for its iconic look and in my opinion, I think Kirsten absolutely rocked as a Chanel lady.
